OUGAT(AFRICAN GREY)
I saw OUGAT in a pet shop when he was 4 weeks.... and I fell in love!! he was adorable!! still is...Hatched approx 18 Sept 2002 I brought in home, his first journey by car a 7 hour drive. He still has no problems to travel.I spoon fed him with a vitamin enriched hand feeding mixture. At almost 5 months he started to whistle and at 6 months he started to talk. Now at 1 jr 3 mths he says about 50 words with sentences of up to 5 words. He definitely understands with meaning....speaks in 2 languages. English and Afrikaans. He does not like new things at first...checks it out... but after a while its ok. Only likes me, but not aggresive to others...
